What you will do
- Operate and maximize the electrical output of the GEP.
- Provides direct supervision and guidance to workforce to assure proper activities and compliance with GEP operations plan, Company policies and procedures.
- Shedule operators and technicians for the operation, maintenfnce and repair of all equipment in the GEP.
- Conducts safety meetings and coach's employees to perform assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner
- Evaluates employees and recommends to Director of Operations the needs for training, staffing and discipline.
- Capable of working overtime and flexible hours or days.
- Performs other duties as required by management.
